
Ingredients:-
• 8 (7 inch square) Egg roll wrappers
• 1 Pound ground pork
• 1 tsp Ground ginger
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 Quart peanut oil for frying
• 2 Cups shredded cabbage
• 2 Ounces shredded carrots • Salt to taste
How to make Egg Roll:-
| • | Take the pork and add ginger, garlic powder and salt to taste. |
| • | Mix them properly. |
| • | Cook this mixture until pork is cooked. |
| • | Take a bowl and prepare a paste of flour and water. |
| • | Mix shredded carrot and cabbage with the pork mixture. |
| • | Lay out one egg roll wrapper. |
| • | Put 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the prepared mixture on it. |
| • | Fold left and right corners and seal the egg roll with the flour paste. |
| • | Heat oil and fry the egg rolls properly until golden brown. |
